I don’t just teach this. I run everything on it.

I am a co-founder of an AI-first bookkeeping startup for companies. We go from a customer interview to a production feature in a week, because the whole pipeline runs through AI - discovery to design to build.

Everything goes through AI, even feedback. I’d drop a founder-meeting transcript in and every project updated itself, so anyone could ask “what changed for me?” and get a straight answer.

I have built dozens of specialized agents to run my day, mostly because I couldn’t be bothered doing the work myself. They read what happened, draft my work, and tell me what actually needs me.

I first started with teaching people, when I recognized that my team was falling behind. Work got (AI) sloppy. No speed improvements and me pushing them to use AI more did not help. I developed a course to get them back on track. It worked. Then, I opened up this course for others as well. It has become a success and has reached thousands of people.

Now, I help companies replicate that success.
